We have Pfizer vaccines and are scheduling a clinic for anyone, 6 months and up, who wants it. This is for all of our family and friends, and we accept non-patients. If the times online do not work for you, please give us a call 678-962-7337!

How will it work?
In Office
First, you will need to schedule a time by clicking the purple button above
You will arrive at 2575 Peachtree Parkway, Suite 301, Cumming, Ga 30041 on the day your appointment
Once you receive your shot, you will wait for 15 minutes in the waiting room
Some patients may be required to wait 30 minutes depending on history
